The Offshore Best Practice Course will provide TOA Global Clients with the tools and foundational knowledge required to maximize their potential with an offshore team. This includes eight keys to success that cover everything from planning, recruitment and communication to managing the integration of teams. Each key will unlock the platform of success required for you to not only scale but to add certified value to your firm’s offering.

What you’ll get out of it

You’ll come away from the course able to identify the dos and don’ts of hiring offshore team members, system requirements for new team members, measurements of success for your new global office, and employee and leave policies for your global team members.

You’ll also be able to map out tasks to offshore, create a global culture for your firm, understand how the process of offshoring some tasks provides greater responsibility and growth for local team members, employ a successful conversation framework, describe training available to team members and local staff, and understand where to go for support regarding business process or team members.

    The Offshore Best Practice Course is a self-paced course, delivered digitally through our TOA Academy student portal.

  • How long is the course?

    Each of the nine modules will take between 60-90 minutes to complete.

  • How do I enrol in the course?

    As a new TOA Global Client, you will be automatically enrolled in our Offshore Best Practice Course, as will any colleagues who will be working with your new team member(s).

    Once we’ve uploaded you into our system, you will receive an email notification asking you for some additional information to finalize your enrolment and create your student profile. From there you can begin completing the course.
